If I am not credentialed with your insurance, I will gladly provide you with a monthly “superbill” that you can use to file with your insurance for reimbursement for the out-of-pocket costs. A superbill is ‘insurance-speak’ for a receipt that shows the (1) session code, (2) your diagnosis, (3) the date of your session, and (4) how much you paid (insurance companies require all four items).

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
