My Mission
As a passionate, dedicated, and innovative professional, I am committed to empowering you towards self-directive goals that improve the well-being and quality of your life. Unapologetically myself, I hope to make others feel welcome in also being unapologetically themselves.
My Philosophy
"And The Adventure Continues" in the context of counseling signifies that the therapeutic process, much like an ongoing adventure, is not yet finished and there is still room for further improvement, growth, and personal development, even after making initial progress. I encourage you to continue to explore new aspects of your life, new opportunities for growth (or challenges) you are facing. I believe that the therapeutic journey is your own, each step is a step in your journey. This is why I pride myself in offering true personalized care.
My Values
Although we are a team, you are the expert of your own experience. I am here to support you in your journey.
I encourage you to actively participate in your own healing and embrace new experiences within therapy.
The therapeutic journey is ongoing. Therapy is a journey with continuous learning and opportunities for growth, rather than a "quick fix."
